Cannot install add-on packs (Windows)

DAW in Run as Administrator mode

This prevents drag-and-drop working from Windows Explorer.  Disable Run as Administrator while you install your plugins, or load a different DAW under your normal user account to install the plugins. 

We will fix this with a different installation method in future versions.
